1. General Terms

• Bangalore Coaching Academy ("BCA") offers coaching programs, study materials, and learning solutions to help students excel in various academic and competitive exams.

• These Terms apply to all students, parents/guardians, visitors, and users of our website and services.

• BCA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Enrollment & Admission

• Admission to any course is subject to meeting the eligibility criteria specified for that program.

• Enrollment is considered complete only upon full or partial payment of the course fee.

• BCA reserves the right to reject or cancel any admission without explanation if found ineligible or in violation of our policies.

• Parents/guardians enrolling minors (under 18) must provide valid consent and necessary documents.

3. Course Fees & Payment Policy

• Course fees must be paid as per the payment schedule provided at the time of admission.

• Fees once paid are non-refundable and non-transferable, except under exceptional circumstances as determined by BCA.

• Any failure to pay fees on time may lead to suspension or termination of access to classes and resources.

• Additional costs such as exam fees, study material charges, or optional services will be communicated separately.

4. Student Code of Conduct

Bangalore Coaching Academy promotes a positive learning environment, and all students must adhere to the following:

a) Classroom & Online Conduct

• Maintain discipline and professionalism during classes and at coaching centers.

• Respect faculty, staff, and fellow students; any form of harassment, misconduct, or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited.

• Follow the academy’s guidelines for interactive sessions, group discussions, and classroom activities.

b) Academic Integrity

• Cheating, plagiarism, or unethical conduct in tests, assignments, or exams will lead to strict disciplinary action.

• Students must complete assessments independently unless stated otherwise.

c) Misuse of Academy Property

• Any damage to academy property, study materials, or infrastructure will result in penalties and/or legal action.

• Unauthorized use of academy facilities, including digital platforms, is not allowed.

d) Violation of Conduct Policy

• Any student found violating the Code of Conduct may face warnings, suspension, or expulsion, based on the severity of the case.

5. Study Materials & Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials, study notes, online content, and test series provided by BCA are protected under copyright laws.

• Students are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the study materials for personal learning only.

• Reproduction, distribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing of materials (physically or digitally) is strictly prohibited and may lead to legal action.

• BCA reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue course content as necessary.

6. Attendance & Leave Policy

• Students must maintain attendance percentage as prescribed for their respective courses.

• Absences due to medical or unavoidable circumstances must be notified in writing with supporting documents.

• Missed classes will not be rescheduled unless specified under special circumstances.

7. Online Learning & Digital Access

• Access to learning materials is provided based on the student’s enrollment plan.

• Students must not share their login credentials with others. Any violation will result in immediate suspension of access.

• Recording, reproducing, or distributing online sessions is strictly prohibited.

• Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection for online classes. BCA is not liable for technical issues from the user's end.

8. Examination & Certification

• Students must appear for internal assessments, mock tests, and evaluations as per the course structure.

• BCA does not guarantee success in external exams, as performance depends on individual effort.

• Certificates (if applicable) will be issued upon successful course completion and fulfilling all academic requirements.

9. Privacy Policy & Data Protection

• BCA collects and processes personal information (name, contact details, academic records) for administrative and academic purposes only.

• We do not share student data with third parties unless legally required or with explicit student/guardian consent.

• Students must update their contact details if there are any changes.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Fees once paid are non-refundable, except when a course is cancelled by BCA.

• Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted in writing along with supporting reasons.

11. Limitation of Liability

• While BCA strives to ensure positive student performance, BCA is not responsible for students’ performance, results, or admissions to external institutions.

• We do not guarantee success in competitive exams; our courses are designed as preparatory programs.

• The academy is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from the use of our services or study materials.

• Force majeure events (such as natural disasters, government regulations, or pandemics) may impact course delivery, for which BCA is not liable.

 

12. Third-Party Services & External Links

• BCA may offer third-party tools or external resources to enhance learning. However, we do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for their content or services.

 

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

• Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.

• If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
